“The Fastidious Ones” Winner of the Best in Show at the Alfred Berkawitz Gallery
This invitation is extended to all art appreciators. I have just learned that i’m the recipient of the best in show winner at the Alfred Berkawitz gallery juried art competition. The group exhibition will be held at the U of M Dearborn campus on Thursday, August 1 from 5-7pm. I would be honored to welcome your attendance for the opening reception. Light refreshments will be served.
Berkawitz Gallery Established in 1997 in honor of Alfred Berkowitz, the Gallery is a showcase for his extensive glass collection and the growing glass holdings that include works by contemporary studio glass artists as well as period and antique art glass.
The Gallery also houses the University’s permanent collections of paperweights, drawings, paintings, prints, photographs, sculptures, and decorative arts.
